Our 50 years' experience, our equipment, and manufacturing processes make us a world class die casting company. Our current equipment ranges in size from 2500 tons to 400 tons. This allows us to make castings from over 100 pounds to less than 1 ounce. Our die casting process is computer controlled and monitored on each of our casting machines. This allows us to set specific parameters for each part to insure part-to-part, and run-to-run consistency.

We utilize the latest technology on our machines including closed loop servo controlled shot ends, proportional control valves, and real time data feedback. Automation is used extensively throughout the die casting department including part extractors, robots, and reciprocating sprayers.
